What Tiptoe stores

Tiptoe saves the care events you enter — feeds, diaper changes and sleeps — along with the baby profile details you type in, such as a name and birth date. All of it lives in a database on your phone.

Home screen widgets, lock screen widgets and Live Activities read a small snapshot of that data through an App Group on the same device, so they can show how long it has been since the last feed, change or nap.

What Tiptoe does not collect

Tiptoe does not create an account, sync to a server, upload your logs, or include advertising or analytics software. There is no tracking of any kind, and nothing is sold, rented or shared with third parties.

Network use

The app is built to work with no network at all. Care data is never sent anywhere. You can use Tiptoe in airplane mode and nothing changes.

Children's privacy

Tiptoe is for parents and caregivers. Any information about a child that you enter stays on your device, under your control, and is never transmitted.

Deleting your data

Deleting the app removes its database from your phone, and with it every entry you have logged. There is no copy anywhere else for anyone to delete.
